In the instance of a drawbar trailer being used in operation, no imposed (vertical) loads are generated onto the hitch. All Avmark products are suitable for drawbar trailers.
PUP TRAILER HITCHES
A pup trailer refers to rigid drawbar trailer. These types of trailers do not have an axle at the front of the trailer.
Examples of these trailers are underslung combinations, single and double axle tanker pup trailers, end tipper trailers etc. in the instance of a pup trailer being used in operation, imposed (vertical) loads are generated. All 90mm Avmark ball hitches are suitable for pup trailers.
